Introduction and Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between z677 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses or uses the z677 website at z677.asia and its associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, and virtual gaming products. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold exactly one Account. Multiple accounts per individual are not permitted.

• 5All personal information provided during registration must be accurate. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Wallet balance.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on z677 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through supported local payment methods.

z677 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other supported local banking channels. The following financial terms apply to all transactions on the Platform:

• 3Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. z677 may request identity verification documentation before processing a withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method but z677 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours.
• 4z677 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges. z677 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

The Platform may conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account and may hold, delay, or refuse withdrawal requests pending the satisfactory completion of AML verification procedures. • 1Bonuses are credited to your Account Wallet and are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for any bonus is 20x the bonus amount. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until the full rollover amount has been completed.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on z677 and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds.

Users must not engage in any of the following conduct while using z677. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and z677 reserves all rights to take appropriate action, including legal remedies where applicable:

• 1Using any software, automated script, bot, or technical tool to manipulate the outcome of any game, circumvent security systems, gain an unfair advantage over other players, or exploit any software error or vulnerability on the Platform.
• 2Colluding with other players or third parties to fix the outcome of any game, share information that provides an unfair advantage, or coordinate betting patterns in a manner designed to defraud z677 or other users.
• 3Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or using false or borrowed identity information.
• 4Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or transfer of funds obtained through criminal conduct.
• 5Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users, z677 support staff, or any representative of z677 through any communication channel associated with the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the z677 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and page layouts — is the exclusive property of z677 or its licensed content providers. All intellectual property rights in the Platform content are reserved. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior express written consent of z677.

The z677 name, logo, and all related brand identifiers are trademarks of z677. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any z677 trademark, trade name, or brand identifier for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z677 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, system failure, or the cost of substitute services. z677's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

z677 makes no warranty or representation that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. z677 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Account Suspension and Termination

z677 may suspend or close any Account at its discretion where these Terms have been breached or where account activity raises concern.

z677 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any Wallet balance or pending withdrawal, in any of the following circumstances:

• 1Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or payment terms.
• 2Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or payment information during registration or at any subsequent point during Account operation.
• 3Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, use of prohibited software or betting systems, or any other activity that z677 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its users.
• 4Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring z677 to restrict or close an Account or freeze associated funds.

Responsible Gaming
